      Almost zero Pros unless you make it into the "cool" club

      This company legit is run like it is the student body of a classroom. IF you are not in the cool club you feel like an outcast and almost ghost like. Management not truthful Managment picks favorites HR is a wreck, though like most company's HR is for the company and not the employees. This is 100 percent true at Isolatek Opportunities (due to lying) turn into absolutely nothing when it comes time for advancement Lack of fairness between departments Lastly, if you are a family member of someone else in the company you see advancement at a rapid rate, while the hard worker just gets looked over

      Isolatek International is managed by a new leadership team, who are experienced and skilled, in their functional areas. Advancement, development and growth opportunities are open to all team members, at every level within the Company. In 2022, there were many examples of advancement throughout the Company. Development plans are generated every year. There are also performance measures in place to conduct assessments for promotion and for succession planning. There are many opportunities for team members who want to grow their career!

      Pros

      Offered flexibility, including hybrid schedules, early Fridays and summer hours were nice. Had a friendly atmosphere amongst most of the coworkers. Lots of success mostly due to its core, longtime employees. Sadly, many have recently resigned or retired.

      Cons

      Like many companies, currently going through some tough times, along with a tsunami of departures and very little matured internal corporate employees who know the business left behind to take on critical roles.

      Isolatek has had many tenured employees recently retire. The Leadership Team is excited that we have recruited new talent, who are experienced and excited to continue to drive the business forward and we enjoy our collaborative culture. We have some retirees who remain as consultants to share their knowledge with our new team members for continuity. Isolatek has never stood on its laurels – there’s a drive to constantly improve!
