As far as bonuses or salary increases -- Salary increases are based on merit and are typically given around early April after performance evaluations are completed.
Isolatek promotes from within and in 2021, we had several promotions recognizing the strong performance of several individuals.

Isolatek posts job openings on its intranet and payroll portal to attract internal, qualified talent before filling roles externally. Isolatek also offers tuition reimbursement for those who wish to develop and be considered for advancement. Employees, along with their manager and as part of the annual performance appraisal, create an individual development plan to help guide their professional development and training. Many employees have enjoyed long careers and have held many positions within the Company.
