Pros

Itemize is a small company, so every member of the team is crucial. No one is left to feel like their role is unimportant. It's a great team effort where everyone pulls their own weight.

Cons

It's a start-up, so if you aren't used to that culture, it might take some time to adapt to the start-up life.

-Feeling of excitement about the future of the company. -New VPs who have come on board are enhancing communication flow and productivity of teams -My manager and the CEO are both supportive of me, in my work, my professional development, and my balance of work and family

Working in an open office space has positives and negatives to it.
