Pros

- Organization feels relatively flat with easily accessible leadership - Bandwidth permitting, managers are open to letting you take on stretch roles or engage with other parts of the organization outside your area of expertise - Young, fun, personable team - Highly impactful work

Cons

- Onus is often on you to seek feedback and growth opportunities - Somewhat frequent restructuring of teams/responsibilities given rapid growth

Pros

It's an exciting time to join Iterative Health. Led by a CEO who has an immensely impressive background in the healthcare sector, and surrounded by a seasoned leadership team, the company's culture is collegial yet laidback and fun. Coupled with a recent large fundraise, the company is in growth mode, which of course is not without occasional growing pains. Coming from a consulting background, I was looking for colleagues that work hard, challenge each other to continuously keep learning, respect one another, and have a strong desire for work-life balance. I'm lucky to have found that at Iterative. In my experience, executives are approachable, and view employees as peers when it comes to collaboration. I've always felt supported on my team, with everyone going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my onboarding and initial ramp-up (including by the CEO). Compensation and benefits are strong, and mentorship is easy to come by here. If you're looking for a healthtech company where you can drive an impact while finding strong mentorship, Iterative is a great place to join.

Cons

Remote workers may feel a bit less connected to company culture, given leaders have a preference for in-person working and events. No 401k match as of yet.

Pros

Everyone is friendly and people work well with one another, communication within the company is surprisingly good considering the amount of scope each individual has to cover as a small company/startup with 15 on-site FTEs.

Cons

People transitioning from a larger company with well defined structure, silos and established processes might struggle to adapt to the flexibility required here, the same flexibility which is an advantage and keeps us quick on our feet often becomes a burden when you have too much on your plate but don't know how to prioritise it or where resources are best put inPeople transitioning from a larger company with well defined structure, silos and established processes might struggle to adapt to the flexibility required here, the same flexibility which is an advantage and keeps us quick on our feet often becomes a burden when you have too much on your plate but don't know how to prioritise it or where resources are best put in
