      Pros

      There are great people here. Really smart and dedicated. My coworkers on the daily are great. But the CEO himself is getting in the way of the products and the company's success.

      Cons

      Constantly changing KPIs and product priorities. Disrespect from CEO to his own management. Overall terrible morale that the CEO comments on at full company meetings but talks about it like it's someone else's issue.

      Pros

      Good mission to accomplish with a lot of competitors around. Some executive folks are really nice and encouraging the work of several team members.

      Cons

      A lot of layoffs!! The upper management doesn't know what they are doing. Very poor in transparency. No communication on the revenue and spend. Secretly laying off good and hardworking individuals who are even working for 1 or 2 years. Laying off right before the stock vesting period is so unprofessional.

      Pros

      The culture is really support within and across team. There is plenty of options for flexibility while having a fantastic in office culture too. Very team member works hard but supports each other.
