Pros
The opportunity that Itlize gives really is as amazing as it seems. It’s a great program that is very rigorous, but at the end, I am much more prepared than I ever could have imagined.
Cons
A lot of self-learning has to be put in other than working hours. This is not the place that work life balance can be actually achieved – this is more like a place where challenges keep coming up.
