Energetic, Helpful, Performance Oriented, Friendly, Ambitious. Management team are more than happy to help, and HR is extremely friendly which is nice to see. Itlize for the most part makes sure we’re all happy here.

Work culture at Itlize is very good, there is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow at Itlize. Most importantly they value our time for work. Transparency in the company and team building is really something very much inspired me to work at Itlize.

Cons

The only thing I would recommend the company is that sometimes you need people to deal with employees’ stress level. It is a challenging though excellent environment for growth, but not everyone is capable of handling such fast pace.
