      Pros

      I had limited development experience before joining. I was guided by seniors in here on different aspects including learning the latest technologies and immersed with development environment.

      Cons

      It could be a bit stressful at some point of time for learning new things and multi-tasking.

      Loved it! Gave me very decent compensation to start and made me learn a ton. Management team is friendly and responsive. I am happy to be a part of this company.

      Joining Itlize fresh out of college, I got an opportunity to learn a great deal of new technologies quickly. Best part: solid work culture and a work-life balance.
