Pros

The company is very stable; they are literally in the energy sector in major countries.

Cons

The HR head at IDC is terrible. She seems to be the NPC robotic type of person with no empathy. She has stayed here for a very long time. time for a change.

Pros

Okay structure, some systems and processes are in place. High reliability and volume, plant on-site.

Cons

This is where innovation comes to die. They are system integrators, not inventors. Teams are very cliquey, new members don't feel welcome unless they are from a certain part of the world. Clear favoritism by management. High rate of churn.
