Employees are friendly, decent work culture, allowed to take your decisions to certain extent, not too much pressure unless you are a senior engineer

Cons

People working from ages so difficult to convince them for certain things, quite a lot of seniority rule prevails - not position seniority but wrt to yrs in the company, if a person can do a particular job they are very happy with it so they donot look at the bigger picture.

Pros

The tasks are intellectually stimulating. Management assigns projects and deadlines, and it is up to the individual to complete the task. There is very little oversight, unless poor performance dictates it.

Cons

Itron could do a better job of trainging. May of the jobs are sink or swim. If you learn fast then you will be fine at the company.
