Great place to work for first 2 years I was there, last few all downhill...
Pros
Had great benefits, pay, opportunities for local area. Was proud to work for a company like this at first.
Cons
Layoffs, hiring Freezes, raise freezes, do more with less, load four jobs onto one person, or do away with critical important positions. Executives making millions, stocks going up each year, most likely due to the fact that they SOLD OUT to the offshore game. Lay off American workers, so they can hire from India. They trade quality for quantity. Takes 10Xs the amount of time to get anything done with new model, often taking a US person to redo or fix something. Disastrous for current employees who have to work directly with the over seas hires, customers will just get angrier and angrier until they find another option.
