- Toxic environment - High stress, poor work/life balance - Too much politics and favoritism - Management will use you for their own gain and discard you no matter what you demonstrate - HR is a joke. They may listen to any complaints or issues but nothing will get done. - Employees are not appreciated, high employee turnover rate!
