Pros

Definitely engineering focused. People pull their weight, and managers at least sometimes listen.

Cons

Ivanti acquires a lot of companies. It's the way they do the business. If you are in such an event, the receiving end of purchase can easily result in your position being redundant. However not even people employed at Ivanti proper are safe. Even if they say no redundancies for engineering, expect them to go back on their word. You good at saving? Save save save! And read any agreement if you get terminated before you sign.

Pros

I have been working at Ivanti for three months now and I absolutely love it. The people at this company are fantastic. Everyone in the marketing department works together and the management is wonderful. They always have everyone's backs and truly want everyone to succeed in their positions. Upper management has also been great at keeping the company in the loop on their 2 year plan and we have received full transparency as to where we stand as a company during the pandemic, which they have handled extremely well.
