Pros

The efforts of the last 12 months of leadership and product evolution has started to pay off. From a core corporate focus on Customer / Employee first to a heavy focus on modern technology (Ivanti Neurons), has made it exciting to come to work everyday! Look out market here we come!

Cons

When moving quickly you find that there are always things to be done, it is easy to get caught in the excitement of seeing that progress. Balancing time is important, and you will need to manage that.
