      Great department, strong leadership, and learning opportunities

      Pros

      I really enjoy being part of my department—it makes a big difference! Leaving a review can be tricky because so much depends on variables like your manager, team dynamics, and the nature of your work. For me, the pros have been a supportive and capable boss, an engaged and collaborative team, and plenty of interesting projects that challenge me and help me grow. I've learned a lot in a short time. We also benefit from Summer Fridays, which is another great perk (though it's department-specific).

      Cons

      As for cons, there has been quite a bit of team transition since I joined, which can affect continuity. Also, I think there's room for us to be more competitive with some of our products.

      Pros

      Working in a remote position has been one of the best aspects of my experience here, offering an excellent work-life balance. Leadership is very encouraging and has supported me in advancing my career, which I deeply appreciate.

      Cons

      The remote setup requires discipline and self-motivation to stay productive and balanced, but that’s a natural part of remote work.

      A company that fosters collaboration and growth

      Pros

      For being a predominately remote company, there is a great culture and environment, people are supportive and collaborative. There are lots of opportunity for career growth. The marketing department is an incredible team to be a part of - super inclusive, inviting, and immensely talented people to learn from! Ivanti is a great place at any point in your career.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to meet and work in person, but the flexibility that comes from working remote really outweighs this, so it just depends on what you prefer and what is more important to you overall.
