      Pros

      Ivanti offers great stability and opportunities for long-term career advancement, and promotes within whenever possible. There is a heavy focus on collaboration across teams and departments. Management works hard to help employees feel a sense of inclusion in there roles. Benefits are very competitive and time off is encouraged to help with a good work/life balance. I enjoy the teams I work with and feel there is a lot of effort to share knowledge and help all employees grow, and advance. Over all I love showing up for my shift and I get great support from my managers to help with the challenges faced ever day supporting our customers.

      Cons

      Additional transparency from higher management on the company plan could be better, especially with organizational changes, but this is with any company I feel. There could be improvement with process streamlining across regions that support the same product lines, documentation and training for internal purposes could be improved.

      It's so good to be back!

      Pros

      I'm a boomerang. I left Ivanti a few years ago to pursue other opportunities, but I couldn't be happier to be back. There are a few pros that really stick out to me and are a huge reason why I wanted to return, if given the opportunity: - The people are fantastic: I couldn't be happier and more confident in my team and manager. Everybody is very collaborative and keen to get things done. In short, they hire you to do a job, they trust you to do it, and you're given a support network to grow you and collaborate with you. - The leadership team is very direct and transparent in communicating key objectives and roadmaps for the quarters and for the year. - Again, the people are just the best: they want to work with you, they want to grow you, and they want and expect your best work and ideas. I have never felt so valued and appreciated in a work setting.

      I honestly can't think of any.
