Remote work, decent salary, flexible time

Cons

The company has let go the people with the organizational business knowledge. Ivanti lives the belief that the more VPs, Directors, and Sr. Managers you have the better but almost none of them know anything about how the business works. The rank-and-file are laid off or leave from being overworked so very few people are left to run the business efficiently. You can only grow so big by buying your competition. At some point you have to make something better than the competition or risk them buying you.

Pros

Great individual team, I enjoy who I work with on the daily. Good benefits and nice salary review bumps.

Cons

Change with “clear” direction but only give resources to certain teams. Still demands more from other teams with less resources and upper management is confused why there isn’t as much progress.

Great place to work but pay not competitive

Pros

Love the company, love the people, love the work. Managers have your back and I've never not been supported or felt like work got in the way of life.

Cons

Pay is well below industry standard and managers will admit that to you. If the intangibles mean more to you than dollars, its a great place to work.
