Due to the age of Ivanti as an organization, there are a lot of collaboration and cross-departmental communication issues due to years of silo-ing and waterfall process. There especially seems to be a lot of misunderstanding between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, with very little transparency or focus on the day-to-day activity and needs of customers. Often features seem to be pushed down and implemented without teams speaking directly with customers about those features. Also, there is a giant gap in terms of telemetry/analytics across the products. Most of the pieces around the design practice are very loosely defined, and onboarding for new employees is very lean. For those looking for structure and a smooth onboarding process...Ivanti isn't quite there yet. The growth opportunity in the design practice is equally a challenge as there are still a lot of gaps in the maturity of the practice, but these likely will be shored up within the next year.
