      Many opportunities to learn and contribute

      Pros

      The IT analyst's job is complex and expansive. Writing software to support and simplify that job is the same. I really enjoy the constant variety and challenges I am faces with and the opportunity I have to feel like I make a difference in our end users lives. The people here are top notch as well. Even when the work gets hard, it can be fun to come to work and collaborate with terrific engineers.

      Cons

      Trying to stay focused can be a chore. Also, dealing with teams across multiple time zones can be a drag.

      Pros

      Family friendly company (paid parental leave, etc., flexible with hours, understanding when things come up), good resources to be able to learn how to do work, all departments willing to help, unlimited soda, always has snacks available and new building will have a gym!

      Cons

      the end of the fiscal year is December 31st, making the holidays hard to take off.
