We made a decision to design our PTO benefit to be inclusive of vacation, personal, and sick leave to provide our team members maximum flexibility in how they use their time off in the way that makes most sense to them. We regularly benchmark our benefit packages to ensure that what we offer is competitive in the markets where we do business and we ensure our PTO benefit is also benchmarked inclusive of vacation and sick leave.
