      Pros

      Good people, trusted to work independently with support when needed.

      Cons

      Constant change of direction and strategy. Staff attrition at levels never witnessed elsewhere. No investment in existing products, strategy is to buy revenue not grow it organically.

      Pros

      I’ve met some really great colleagues here. Unfortunately, most, if not all have left.

      Cons

      *High turnover *Complete chaos. No one seems to know what they are supposed to do, thanks to to constant acquisition *CEO once told employees in an all hands meeting that if you don’t like it here, then leave. That was one of the most demoralizing statements he has made. *People are fired, rehired, then fired again. Constant mess. *No work life balance
