      Amazing people to work with including some of the high level managers

      Cons

      No foresight in the decisions, no planning for migrations or any other core changes lack of understanding of consequences in the decisions done in long term

      APJ was a terrible place

      Some of the staff were fantastic to work with. Some products were fantastic.

      Cons

      Management was a nightmare, the APJ leadership (presales and sales) had no leadership qualities ZERO value in any sales cycle on moving it along. In ANZ the leadership was incompetent and a puppet to both APJ and the Salt Lake City team. Products could have been great but with acquisitions, it was almost like products came to die here and very little innovation.
