      No Face, No Name, No Vision

      Pros

      The remote working is deffinitely enticing. The vacation time is exquisite, at least in my region. The benefits are somewhat attractive.

      Cons

      The pay is not on par with the market. The company, as it is lead now, does not offer any job stability. There is little to none room for career growth. There are plenty of gaps when taking a closer look at the way C-level and upper to middle management you realize that transparency and business acumen; all they seem to care about is that they don't get fired (which happens quite often, I think we changed the C-level three times in just as many years).

      Ludicrous turnover of staff

      Pros

      -Work from home -Flexible hours

      Cons

      -Team members leaving almost monthly and not replaced. Workload is just added to those left behind. -Product is not a market leader despite the over exaggerated marketing on linkedin. -Lots of bugs that are not fixed, often marked as 'by design', even when a previously working feature now no longer works as a result. -Too much focus on dashboards and stats too keep senior management happy when the team and its knowledge should be addressed. -Focus on employing those in cheap labour areas for lower salary, as oppossed to those deserving the job on merit. Hence the high turnover. -Business owners are too focussed on acquisitions and profit rather than employees. Half of those have not integrated well as they are rushed through for that next all hands bulletin.

      Payscale is too low.

      Pros

      company is working full remote.

      Cons

      -> Low pay scale. -> They have a very tight budget. -> Quality of people aren't there in the company. -> I am like they pay you 45 dollars as reward on your work anniversary. Really its better not to give in the very first place.
