      Pros

      I’m going to be honest here and say it’s one of the best jobs I’ve had. They gave me a great opportunity, the chance to travel and the chance to grow and I used it. I worked with some great people that I’m happy to call friends. The company was very generous up until the last two years. It was once in a solid position.

      Cons

      I’ve been honest in the pros so now I’m being honest in the cons. Too many changes in leadership have derailed the progress at Ivanti, and there’s been too much pandering to investors who haven’t got a clue about what it is that we did. That has cost people jobs, including mine. I lost mine at one of the most difficult times you can have, during the last weeks of my mothers life who I was caring for. It was a tough one to take. I couldn’t recommend the company in its current guise.

      Pros

      - Kind, friendly colleagues - Decent benefits - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Jobs moving overseas has meant little-to-no progression opportunities for US/UK employees. - Bleeding talent and in the products it shows - C-suite are useless and mostly concerned with throwing themselves parties and hosting shiny keynotes about vapourware.

      Walking when it could be running at Warp 9

      Pros

      - There used to be a lot of ageing tech but its slowly getting migrated over to more modern approaches - If you want to grow and become a rockstar while gaining some skills you potentially could achieve that goal here. I will say it's a bit hard but totally doable - Trying out new avenues to make things better aren't really frowned up and actually encouraged. But there is another side to this that is mentioned in the cons section of this review - The overall product portfolio is actually something quite good which can be leveraged to be a market-leader in a lot of ways

      Cons

      - Lack of forward decision-making is slow and cumbersome. While the tech may not be ageing it certainly suffers from enough problems that hinder it from achieving what it really could. I'd love to say it's a tech issue but it's totally a decision-making and action issue. - We don't have a dedicated CTO, so you've got leadership playing multiple roles which is fine, but I do think a clear segregation helps long-term allowing other roles to focus better.
