Upper Mgmt, constantly changing, bringing inconsistent vision and no inner stability No job security, various branches can close at the drop of a hat Big egos for incumbent managers, architects, etc. On account of this, many times the actual work gets stalled indefinitely on theoretical discussions Lack of responsibility from middle managers Way too much office politics Many senior product, marketing and sales people left the company during the past 18 months and the changes that happened Fragmented company culture with artificial and superficial values everchanging
