- Providing training - Traveling to other foreign offices or events - Dutch office has a quite flat organizational structure

Cons

- Projects can be canceled by top management, even after working on them for a year or more - Leadership is not always strong

Good benefits and I have faith in the current exec leader, but the confidence doesn't go to all of the execs. The Pros very much depend on who your manager is in this company, I hear bad stuff, but my manager is good and I know of a number of very capable and fair managers.

Cons

If you get the wrong manager, it can be a difficult place to work.

The people in the immediate teams are great, really willing to support one another. Lots of responsibility- mainly due to lack of coverage across the business…

Cons

Continuously shifting priorities from leadership makes it really challenging to change process and make it stick. Overall, too many products without a clear understanding of how to integrate them into the product stack.
