      Pros

      Close work relationships, office environment is geared towards close friendships and interoffice entertainments, or used to be. But then Ivanti last year, 2019, cut budget and we were no longer able to enjoy gatherings to have that break from the day any more. Typically these were quarterly with a small monthly celebration for birthdays and work anniversaries.

      Cons

      Compensation is too low for our role. The two renewal roles are too diverse and leaves some of the team members overwhelmed, overworked, underpaid, and constantly under threat of being put on "plan" because they cannot meet the quota. This role has to many accounts that should be transactional, but are not. The other role, if you do not renew a very large deal, it is impossible to make quota, with no way to cover the loss. No more quarterly team rewards for making/exceeding quota. Required to be in the office with no remote days allowed.

      Great company with an exciting future

      Pros

      Ivanti is a company with amazing products and a great strategy. The marketing team are empowered to be creative and take risks and that makes for a fun and interesting working environment. In addition, the business and the management team have handled the COVID19 situation incredibly well, putting employees and customers first, and the business continues to grow in these difficult times.

      Cons

      It's busy, and that can mean putting in long hours sometimes but it is acknowleged and management show appreciation for these extra efforts
