A few colleagues, nice location

Cons

Management, either micro or not at all, feels like they want some people to fail, beurocracy, politics, a lot of management chain. Some very big egos to contend with daily... weird and horrible place

Pay and benefits (healthcare included) are decent with flexibility so you're not stuck in the office all day.

Cons

Career progression is not really a focus. Culture can do with improvement.
