      Pros

      Large software company with huge upside. Highly profitable with room to grow and improve. On the cusp of opening a new HQ building in South Jordan, UT with all the modern amenities expected of a state-of-the-art and modern software company. Leadership in CX organization is stellar with plenty of opportunity to take the initiative and lead out, showing extreme ownership with an intense focus on customer renewals, satisfaction, and financial health.

      Cons

      Many products to integrate as a result of mergers and acquisitions that can lead to complexity and a challenging technical environment for customers, and a difficult implementation life cycle.

      Pros

      It was good company. IDC head(Ram) was good. He used to ask us to do R&D work and it should help in quality of the product. But most of the times US management used to take time to say yes. Because of this India head was also not able to give proper action item.

      Cons

      Nothing as such. It was new and they were supporting lot .
