      Pros

      The DevOps transformation is in full swing, using the Inspired (SVPG) model. Teams are empowered to make decisions, talk with customers, do discovery to make sure they're building the right tools and there is a culture that allows teams to fail fast. If something tests well, but doesn't end up working, we celebrate that as a key learning, fix it and move forward. The DevOps pipelines are well defined and the teams can push directly to production. Some teams are further along the transition than others, but all teams are moving in that direction. It's a great place to be right now because Ivanti is doing what many other companies are only talking about.

      Cons

      Every company has issues and Ivanti isn't immune, but there's nothing unique at Ivanti that you won't find in every other tech company.

      Pros

      Ivanti is a great company that really cares for its employees, customers and the larger community. In addition to being on the leading edge of IT technology, with a focus on helping their customers do more with less through unique and compelling solutions around 'Unified IT', Ivanti is truly world class in many areas. Perhaps one of the most unique, and truly beneficial areas is centered on volunteerism - where Ivanti offers 'unlimited' volunteer time off to allow employees to serve the communities where they live.

      Cons

      So far, there are no downsides that I have seen.

      Great culture, still growing

      Pros

      Everyone at Ivanti is super friendly and willing to help you out any time you need it. The culture is phenomenal. They really care about their customers and take everything they say into consideration

      Cons

      There have been a lot of acquisitions and a little bit of confusion around where to focus it's products. Sales Enablement is still a bit rocky but it's improving a lot.
