As with any acquisition, tough decisions must be made to improve efficiency, productivity and bring work groups together in more centralized locations. Cost always plays into these decisions, but putting work teams together in the same locations makes our teams more effective. Making these types of decisions are the worst part of running any company and we are saddened when we have to let any of our hard working talented employees go.
