      Management is inept and communication between teams is terrible

      Good co-workers depending on the team

      Cons

      All the reviews about micromanagement are true. Unless something isn't working, and rather than fix it, they ignore it. You have to constantly justify everything you do and how you do it. But if you ask for help, you either won't get it, or will get someone who makes the situation worse. But you will fail and be punished for it.

      Pros

      I have never worked anywhere that tries to take care of you from day one. Ivanti does that. My son had to have emergency surgery within a month of me being hired, and fellow employees offered to share their PTO with me so I could be there with him. They care and make the working environment fun and enjoyable.

      Cons

      The pay is a little low
