      - Management is really flexible and family focused - Recognition for working hard - Managers really encourage growth and are interested in your career path

      Cons

      - With new management processes are slightly broken - There has been a lot of turn over so catching up with things can be a challenge at times

      Sales Professionals Run Away Fast

      Pros

      There are a lot of really talented and great people at Ivanti. It's just too bad that the sales leadership creates such an incredibly toxic environment.

      Cons

      This is by far the most toxic sales environment I have ever been in. The micromanagement and focus on optics rather than results is ridiculous. It's so bad that reps that were hitting their quota's leave the company because of the way they are treated by management. They have created an environment where it is easier to lie just to appease the ridiculous requests from leadership. The turnover is ridiculous and it is a known problem all the way up to the CEO.

      Best job I have ever had

      Pros

      Quality people, excellent knowledge workers all around that are so willing to help and offer support, high level of trust, hard working culture--yet incredibly fun and relaxed too, autonomous feel, can work at home or in the office with my position, flexible schedule, generous perks, feel cared about and listened to. No question, this is the best place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      Some basic administrative processes in finance haven't been refined and need to be automated with the right tools. I suspect that this is due to how many merges have happened--lots of companies coming into one make it tricky, but I know that new solutions are already been worked on. So it is a con that will probably be a pro within a year.
