      Friendly co-workers Very interesting software Spacious and relaxed working environment Regular meetings with manager on performance and updates

      Cons

      Struggling to think of anything honestly, the only thing that comes to mind is that I'd love more time to train/learn about the products, but this is very minor.

      Pros

      Communication is the key and Ivanti found it. If you have something on your mind or you are stressed, everybody will help you manage the situation.

      Cons

      At this point i can't figure out. Every company has some cons, but here i see that we are trying to find the best solutions when we have a problem.
