Culture is toxic. They took a change a few years ago when they replaced the entire executive team. They all blatantly lie to the employees and act like no one can tell. They only care about growing the company fast to be able to resell it and run with their profit while leaving the employees that got them there in the dust.
No growth opportunity for anyone.
If you speak up about something you dont like, be ready to be walked out the next day instead of having anyone address any of your concerns.
They changed benefits in November, and got rid of unlimited time off. The hospitals they used to cover in Utah are no longer covered, they did this to save a buck but screwed everyone in Utah over.
They say they have a low turn over rate, but that's because they FIRE people all the time. They are working hard to outsource as many jobs as they can over to India and not keep anything they can in the States if they can help it.
HR is a joke and run by cowards, I do not know how they sleep at night.
They do not backfill positions, instead they will shift work to others until everyone becomes so burned out that before you know it your entire department literally has no employees in it because everyone has left to greener pastures.
