Pros

Great people, though many have been laid off or left on their own accord. 401K match is decent. Well funded marketing.

Cons

The history map on the about ivani page of their website tells you all you need to know. The company is a mishmash of acquisitions of poorly performing software companies put together in a single portfolio to run out their respective recurring revenue. There is lack of a clear go-forward strategic plan and the plans they do have will place ivanti well behind other players in market by the time they are executed. Poor technical enablement plans. With some many products engineers are often jack of all trades master of none. Lackluster benefits for the industry. Awful health insurance with only a high deductible option.

Completing several acquisitions in just a few short years has not been without its challenges and is definitely not for the faint of heart. We are excited about our future and know it will provide opportunities for success and growth. If you have additional specifics to share please email hr@ivanti.com to share details about the areas you outlined.

Pros

They will give you insurance for your pet that is better than your own!

Cons

Culture is toxic. They took a change a few years ago when they replaced the entire executive team. They all blatantly lie to the employees and act like no one can tell. They only care about growing the company fast to be able to resell it and run with their profit while leaving the employees that got them there in the dust. No growth opportunity for anyone. If you speak up about something you dont like, be ready to be walked out the next day instead of having anyone address any of your concerns. They changed benefits in November, and got rid of unlimited time off. The hospitals they used to cover in Utah are no longer covered, they did this to save a buck but screwed everyone in Utah over. They say they have a low turn over rate, but that's because they FIRE people all the time. They are working hard to outsource as many jobs as they can over to India and not keep anything they can in the States if they can help it. HR is a joke and run by cowards, I do not know how they sleep at night. They do not backfill positions, instead they will shift work to others until everyone becomes so burned out that before you know it your entire department literally has no employees in it because everyone has left to greener pastures. STAY AWAY

Pros

Fairly laid back culture. Work isn't super difficult. Local co-workers are friendly and competent.

Cons

New C-suite are focused on extracting as much as possible from workers while giving as little as possible in return, using deceptive methods to soften the response if it suits them. They have also brought in a ton of people who professionally ride their coattails at the VP level and above, while instituting hiring freezes on positions below. Local management is either unable or unwilling to stand up for employees. Lots of cuts that made the day to day worse even before the pandemic. Now we get to hear about how well the company is doing while they continue cutting.

Thank you for your candid response. We take these comments seriously as we are always looking to improve the company culture. As with any high growth company, there is a lot of change and that can be uncomfortable for some employees. Last year, when we brought together three great, strong companies, we know that brought significant change for everyone. The result is a stronger company meeting the needs of our customers and the market. It also brings more opportunities for our employees.
