Pros
- good mid management - good support from team - people willing to share knowledge (only in your team) - good culture in my team, not over all
Cons
- lack of features in products - low integration among LANDesk products - to many acquisitions from investors (3 acquisitions in 5 years) - no strategy visible - customer feel alienate - lot of internal and unclear regulations --> not possible to get a bookable order form customer - customer satisfaction very low - give me a new earning plan, I do not agree but nobody care - kicked long term developer and product management staff
