      Pros

      - Freedom in work (time and way to work) - Little contact with colleagues - Everything is fixed top down - long term contracts, if you do what you have to do and you listen to the - old- boys you can work here until your pension

      Cons

      - Very basic salary - Not flexible - Political organization within the organization - The right of the strongest (big mouth) - Deviant behavior will be punished

      Pros

      Good people who are trying to do a good job but are set up to fail because there is not good training in place.

      Cons

      This is one of those places where you are trying to learn the job from people who have been with the company for a decade or more. Nothing is written down anywhere, even though it should be, and every account is different and has its own rules. So you are guessing how to do your job, and you guess wrong. Or you do it right but people who have only been here two years and still act like they are new do their job wrong and now everything is messed up. The people who know how to do the job don't have time to train/help all the people that don't.

      Over quota, under paid

      Pros

      Good solutions and story, could be a great place to work if it was run fairly.

      Cons

      They swamp the sales team with quota and make you have to be @ 100 attainment each quarter or they only pay you at 80%. The only people making any money is the executive team and they make it off the backs of their sales team. Very few sales team member make their number, but the executive team hits their number every quarter. People leaving in droves,the don't even know how messed up this place is.
