Pros

Remote work, Decent pay-- although I felt it wasn't up to market rates at the time I worked there. Learned quite a bit. Work/life balance was good, minimal forced late nights.

Cons

A lot of turnover when I started. Had to pick up the slack and was subsequently laid off after all the hard work. I noticed before I was canned that they were backfilling positions with overseas resources. Our team got one of these resources before most of us were laid off. I'd never work for this company again and encourage anyone looking for a stable company to look else where.

Pros

Remote work, decent salary, flexible time

Cons

The company has let go the people with the organizational business knowledge. Ivanti lives the belief that the more VPs, Directors, and Sr. Managers you have the better but almost none of them know anything about how the business works. The rank-and-file are laid off or leave from being overworked so very few people are left to run the business efficiently. You can only grow so big by buying your competition. At some point you have to make something better than the competition or risk them buying you.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, fairly reasonable about things. They're trying to make a company culture and I do honestly think they're trying to make it a place worth working, they're just not going about it the right way. See the cons.

Cons

Been short staffed for a while and they won't hire anyone. Losing staff and still won't hire anyone. Can't imagine that's a good sign. Under pros I stated that they're trying to make it a good place to work, that they're trying to develop a company culture. It's getting a little culty though. They also only care about employee happiness because more and more evidence is surfacing showing that employee satisfaction has a positive effect on the bottom line. Fine, but don't tell me you care about me and make it uncomfortable, just tell it like it is. We want you to be happy so we can make more money. Long way to get here, but the reason it isn't worth it, and the reason they can't keep anyone is because people are finding jobs that pay more for the same work. Sometimes people accept the offer, work for a bit, then get another (much better) offer and leave for that.
