Fun and interesting work A lot of freedom to experiment and innovate to find solutions to problems Very much an 'all hands on deck' approach to development i.e. the whole team is involved in design, development, testing, grooming etc. Communication is pretty good across the company about what is going on.

Cons

Can feel a bit isolated from the US team in the head office.

Friendly and fun people. Learning and (self-)development is highly encouraged. Overall a great experience so far. You'll most likely work on interesting project, during which you'll be constantly learning. Sweet perks as well
