      Pros

      I love working at Ivanti as the company is ambitious and has great products! There is room to grow and my role ans scope has grown consistently. I have the opportunity to travel, am empowered and manage my own time. I am not micro managed and my manager is there to coach and support as required. We have some great perks and benefits - on site gym, free parking, on site bistro, massages and social events. We work hard, but are rewarded for this. The Exec Team are approachable and do their best to get out to as many offices as possible. We see at least two Executives once or twice a quarter and they are always keen to speak and listen to as many people as possible which is appreciated.

      Cons

      It was hard to catch your breath in 2017 with so many acquisitions, which was a challenge for integration activity. So far so good this year!

      Pros

      There is a lot you can learn in this company and become IT professional. You are not limited to on department (Specialty). Ivanti former Landesk management application connects a lot of IT solutions beginning with simple trouble shooting and going as far as creating whole environments in your own lab where you can test everything from Networking and SQL database issues to recreation of customer Environmental issues.

      Cons

      Sometimes to little time to learn new things and to much cases for one Technician to manage them correctly.

      Pros

      Competitive number of days paid holidays, a number of paid sick days, Good Health cover, Pension plan, Dental cover with a limit. Good environment and a place to work.

      Cons

      Wages are ok, not much better than other companies.
