      No clear vision of where the company needs to go.

      Pros

      The people are great, friendly and good to work with. Their products have a very strong foundation and the company's products have a lot of potential to do a lot of good work.

      Cons

      The company seems to lack the ability to put the finishing touches on any of their products or the features in their products. The get the products working and leave the fit and finish for the next version, but then they never come back and do the fit and finish work.

      Great, fun-loving, hard-working people to work with Good compensation and benefits Strong product with a lot of very devoted customers Dynamic work environment

      Cons

      The strategy coming from senior management is non-existent Continual acquisition of new businesses without "cutting the fat" of non-strategic products Fewer and fewer resources to manage a continually expanding product portfolio Senior management does not work as a team, so growth is hampered by difference of opinions

      Talent base is complete retread of old ex-employees that have no other home to go too. Old technology that continues to be re-packaged into leaderships view of new technology! Secure user management = simply old technology with new market spin. Looking to escape asap..
