      Management has lost ability to trust employees to do the right thing. This has changed the culture and led to low morale.

      Good Potential, terrible execution

      Pros

      Broad portfolio that spans every department in an organization. Long history of legacy products. Large Install base.

      Cons

      - Sales Operations is the worst I have experienced anywhere. - Product Development: Very siloed, little integration between products. - Sales / Product Training: Non Existent - Hard to get paid 100% on sales. Everything is an exception / negotiation internally - Marketing Strategy: Vague and virtually non-existent - Product Claims that it can't really do - Vulnerabilities in the product are causing customers to leave left and right.
