      AppSense took a nosedive when landesk/ivanti took over

      Pros

      Great technology, great people, great team

      Cons

      Company took a nose dive when it was purchased by Landesk and then sunk even further when 2nd takeover came in from what is now Ivanti. Look elsewhere, unless you like being under appreciated, over worked and underpaid.

      Good for those who work hard

      Pros

      Growth opportunities are there for people willing to put in the work. If you want to go above and beyond, they'll provide material and educational resources above what your job entails. Shadowing another position is common for those who want to move laterally, and most hiring for open positions starts internally.

      Cons

      Often people become dissatisfied with what's required to move up, so they leave. This puts stress on the current team, though that isn't really the company's fault.

      Investors Run Company with Iron Fist

      Pros

      Great co-workers. People were friendly and always willing to help. Best part about the company by far was those I worked with. Good product that is very needed in today's computer environment.

      Cons

      Investors squeeze every penny they can out of the company. Most departments are understaffed as a result. Could go from good to great company if they were given the resources to grow and expand.

We are sorry that resources are not meeting your expectations. This is important feedback that we take seriously and we will make an effort to address this accordingly. In regards to staffing, we have grown headcount from around 600 to over 850 in the last few years and do our best to put headcount in the proper areas.
