They don’t have awesome direction. Kind of a mess last time I was there.

Great individual team, I enjoy who I work with on the daily. Good benefits and nice salary review bumps.

Cons

Change with “clear” direction but only give resources to certain teams. Still demands more from other teams with less resources and upper management is confused why there isn’t as much progress.
