      Pros

      The mission and values of Ivanti are unmatched. I feel welcomed by everyone, no matter the background or knowledge level. I am proud of Ivanti's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. There are always opportunities to be involved, no matter where you work from.

      Cons

      Sometimes with remote work, there is a disconnect between coworkers, but this is probably true of any company that embraces WFH.

      sudden changes. team work isn't too good. lots of silos and silly decisions made

      Pros

      The company looks out for employees and is consistently looking for ways to improve. The employees are hard working and always going above and beyond. There is a focus on the customer and consistently looking for ways to improve their experience.

      Cons

      Could do a better job at creating communities, but I feel like developing and curating a culture post-covid is a challenge wherever you go. We have overcome this by working to develop closer working relationships and ways of working within our teams.
