Pros

I think the important thing right now, during all the crises everyone is facing, is how the employer is responding. And Iyuno from the top, has responded with kindness and concern for the employees. No one is expected to work in the office and everyone has been kept on salary so that people's jobs are protected. It's amazing. A really good company. CEO himself reaches out to the company to let them know he cares.

Cons

It's a really good employer.

Pros

Actual interior office is rather nice. Office location is good. Great projects go through here.

Cons

Management is an absolute mess. Leads are the type of people to try and play games with you, trying to "know more about you than you do" (actual verbatim quote). It's rather stupid, really. Mass exodus of the good workers and management. Palpable tension in meetings (remember that benefits meeting?). But all of this doesn't matter to them because apparently their numbers are great, but that wouldn't be the first thing they've lied to people about. Subtitle team is overworked, underpaid and treated like dirt. Dubbing team is overworked, over-glorified and led by corporate junkies. The team members look miserable, but look we made over 5 million dollars this quarter. That is pretty much how a meeting went. The English dubbing team seemed to be budding at the beginning of the year with great projects and a team member that seemed like they knew what they were doing. The team member left unexpectedly and the rest of the team could not pick up the slack. From an outsider's perspective, it was clear that the person carried the team. Even when I left the company a month ago, it was still in disarray.

Thank you for your feedback on Glassdoor and for your appreciative comments on the quality of our office and the work projects we do. But we’re sorry that you had a less than excellent experience while working with us. As with any merger, there is a period of time where the new company brings two disparate entities together and there are inevitably some pains in the process. We are introducing new management members and rolling out new policies, and as we grow this new Iyuno, we are going to work incredibly hard to demonstrate our appreciation for our staff. We believe our people are our greatest asset and we are more than excited to prove it!
