Pros

Healthcare benefits. Either you would get a really good team to work with, or you'd end up in a team that doesn't seem to care at all about the quality of work they put out.

Cons

Total information blackout among lower positions. Only the higher-ups know what's going on and don't even bother telling the employees their next move or plans. The company doesn't care for employees and would rather employ new ones rather than nurture and care for the veterans in the company.

We appreciate your taking the time to share this feedback. Through our Global Town Halls, Regional Town Halls, and local Town Halls, we are working very hard to enhance the flow of communication throughout the organization. As with any large, global employer, communications can be a challenge, but we have committed staff resources and energy to addressing this important need.

Pros

Post Production Media Operation's management team has very good communication and leadership. Good flexibility during the pandemic. Company tries its best to create a good and productive atmosphere.

Cons

Lots of procedures still based in tribal knowledge from past operating procedures. Some departments have a high turnover rate and re-training can have it's growing pains.

Thank you for this positive feedback. One of the key initiatives of the company throughout the pandemic has been to preserve jobs and benefits for our staff. We now offer fully-remote roles in the company and look to the future with enhanced opportunities for fulfilling careers.
