      Works very hard to ensure long-term employment for all staff, even during pandemic, actors' strike, economic downturns.

      Cons

      Very high level of performance required. This can be a plus if you like a challenge.

      Hands off approach to management. Express interest in growing in their industry. Like to apply new tech where applicable.

      Poor leadership. Executive and higher level personnel overly obsessed with their own internal politics which forces them to behave irrationally.
