Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As we don't know in which office or Country you are located, we may need additional information to assist us in looking into your issues. We have recently rolled out a significant enhancement to all of the compensation programs provided by the company and in some regions, are preparing to expand new benefits starting next month in June 2022. We're working very hard to raise the bar and keep Iyuno-SDI competitive in the marketplace.

Pros

- WFH for certain position - Flexible working hours (which basically translate to flexible hours they want you to be working)

Cons

- Hope you like Nepotism. Upper Management has a clear favor towards their own management groups and Korean branch. They will promote and retain even the most unqualified people coz friendship is more important than having actual common sense. - Middle Management will disregard anything that isn’t a “Yes, we will go with that.” They said they want your feedback, but they never do. They will sprinkle nice words, nice strategies, but what has really changed? It’s a tone-deaf and shouting-into-the-void culture. You have no voice here, just obey, shut up and get it done. - Extremely long hours, not enough pay. Not enough benefit. Non-existent bonus. Work-life-balance? What’s that? - No proper training due to extremely high turnover rate. The person before you doesn’t know how to train you becoz the person who was supposed to train them had also already left. Welcome to the dumpster fire.

We're very sorry your experience with Iyuno-SDI Group was not as positive as that of so many others. As we continue to expand our reach and bring excellence to the global localization market, we're proud that our Core Values guide us along the way. We profoundly respect our people and are making extraordinary changes to our workflows and welfare programs to make sure that work-life balance and compensation are key attributes of working at Iyuno-SDI Group.
