      Pros

      You can learn about the film and TV localization industry.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized and they expect you to keep everything going smoothly. The benefits aren't good. Pay is low. Staff in California are at a disadvantage because if they find someone in Asia who can do the same work for cheaper, they will fire you even if you are doing a good job.

      Double C-word level employee (CCO - Chief Client Officer & CTO - Chief Transformation Officer) was nominated for the prestigious Hedy Lamarr award!

      Cons

      Hedy Lamarr is turning in her grave. "I helped create the modern WIFI and a person from Iyuno is supposed to represent my good name?" laments the ghost of Ms. Lamarr, "Give me a break."

      You can meet great coworkers. Great first-door experiences.

      Cons

      low pay and long hours. No respect for people and no team culture.
